Julie Eason Smith took a non-traditional path in pursuit of a career in law. Right after high school, she worked as a legal secretary and a paralegal for estate planning attorneys.
Over the next seven years she met and married her husband, Dan. Placing her law school ambitions on hold, she became a stay at home mom for her fraternal twin sons during their formative years. Following that period, Julie Eason Smith entered the academic arena to earn a degree in law.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith have been married over thirty years. Their sons, Bill and Dave, are both pursuing careers in the performing arts in New York. The Family has lived in Tuscawilla since 1982.
